What kind of services do you offer?

Skycleaners offers professional residential and commercial deep cleaning services across the entire London area. We also provide carpet shampoo and upholstery cleaning services.

What areas of London are covered?

Skycleaners cover all areas of London. We also cover Wycombe, Slough, Luton, Watford, Stevenage, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, Braintree, Southend, Brentwood, Maidstone, North Kent, Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, Guildford, Aldershot, Bracknell & Reading. 

Are you insured for your company and your cleaners?

SkyCleaners is fully insured. We have an employers liability insurance of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £2,000,000. 

What is your working time?

Our regular cleaning is available 7 days a week, at no extra cost on the weekends. Our cleaners are available from 8-9AM (morning slot) or from 1-2PM (afternoon slot).
You can contact our managers every day of the week, however replies may be slower on weekends.

How to pay for services?

You can pay via cash after the work is completed OR you can pay via bank transfer before the cleaning takes place. 

Should I be at home when you clean?

Nope! You do not need to be at home, but we do need you or someone you know to provide our cleaners with access to your home.

Do you carry your own cleaning materials?

Yes. SkyCleaners supplies all the materials necessary for the cleaning service to take place. We use professional cleaning materials and chemicals. We also provide all the necessary equipment for the cleaning, such as vacuum machines and garbage bags.

Do you move furniture to clean the carpet?

No, we clean around furniture in the way that the customer has prepared the room. 

What stains can you remove from the carpet?

Our cleaners are equipped with professional shampoo machines for carpet and upholstery. These can remove: fruit juice, chocolate, ice cream, jam, coffee, tea, red wine,  milk, gravy, ketchup, mustard and other condiments, makeup, oil, grease, wax, candle wax, raw eggs, blood, mildew, cough syrup, rust, shoe polish, toothpaste, nail polish, pet urine, off water paint, and pollen.
If the stain is really old, it sometimes cannot be fully removed - even by our experienced cleaners. 

When can use the room after the carpet has been cleaned?

The time a carpet takes to dry depends on the type of carpet. Usually, a carpet dries after about 3-5 hours. 
It also depends on the conditions of the environment. In the winter months, it can take 6-8 hours to dry. 
You can use the room in the same day, after it is dry. 

What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

Although we are very careful when cleaning your home, there can sometimes be incidents. If a breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning, we will do everything possible to repair or replace it.

What should I do if I need to change the date of the cleaning?

That's no problem at all. Please try to let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

What should I do if I am not happy with the cleaning?

If you are not completely satisfied with a cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will send you a cleaner to re-do the job again free of charge.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Yes, a 24-hour written notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or amend a booking. A £50 + VAT fee applies if changes or cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
